For the same project and clinical trial as the Protocol Analysis, (http://bit.ly/1vaIr09), I assisted with recruiting investigators for the clinical trial.
Our objective was to recruit the physician investigators. After about six months of earnest site recruitment, in which I assisted, using traditional methods, the company allowed me to investigate and assist.
The traditional methods of calling connections that project managers, clinical research associates and company executives had within various hospitols was not working.
First I had to understand what they were doing and how.

A small project that sped up investigator recruitment significantly, most of this Investigator Recruitment project’s results were a change in process as opposed to a visual design. Because I outlined the steps, and created a call-script, fewer “Senior” people were required to perform the outreach and recruitment.
